Would you like to save time and minimize your hassle when coming to our clinic? We have a solution; Pre-Registration! Registering in advance will greatly reduce the amount of on-site paperwork and allows our staff more time to focus on making the best recommendations based on your pet’s lifestyle.
To get started, simply fill out the form below. Please submit the form at least 24 hours prior to your visit to allow for processing. Once you Pre-Register, you will receive an email from us within a few days providing you with information about our pet portal. Your pet’s vaccinations will post to the portal after your visit, allowing you quick, 24/7 access with the ability to review and print your pet’s records and rabies vaccination certificates.
Please note that Pre-Registration will not allow you to skip ahead in line at the clinic; however, we do anticipate overall wait times to decrease as more clients Pre-Register.
